Your order tracking number begins with IN or FX, is unique to your order, and is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Customer reference numbers used by Talent Badges are 8711090264 or begin with DS followed by your payment date in the format YYYYMMDD and end in 0001. These customer references are not unique to your order and cannot be used to track it.
You may have one or both depending on whether your order is being delivered on a pallet or in a wooden crate. Loose boxes will always have customer reference 8711090264.
