Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is unique to your order and is emailed to you when it is dispatched. New orders begin with IN; older orders use FX. It is not the same as the reference 8711090264 shown on the shipping label, which is our sender account and identical on every parcel.

Sent on dispatch. If your order is still in production, you won't have a tracking number yet.
