What's the minimum order?+
100 pieces for our standard sizes. We can sometimes accommodate smaller runs on rush jobs — drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.
How long does an order take?+
Most orders are pressed and dispatched within 5–10 working days of artwork approval. Larger orders or custom tooling can take 14–21 working days.
Can you design the artwork for me?+
Yes — our studio offers typography & layout (£75) and full illustration (£150) services. We'll work with your brief and provide unlimited revisions until you're happy.
What artwork formats do you accept?+
Vector PDF, AI and EPS are ideal. We can work with high-res PNG, TIFF or PSD too. CMYK colour, 300 dpi minimum, 3mm bleed all round, and please outline any fonts.
Do you offer free samples?+
Yes — for orders over 1,000 pieces we'll send a free physical sample pack so you can feel the finish and pick the right size and back type for your project.
Where do you ship from, and how?+
Every order is pressed at our Tianjin, China factory and ships worldwide. You can choose sea freight (best value — typically 4–6 weeks transit) or air freight (fastest — typically 5–10 days transit). Bulk orders are palletised; smaller runs go small-parcel. Shipping is quoted per-order based on weight, destination and service level.
Can I get a proof before you press?+
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof — no badge gets pressed until you've signed off on the artwork.
Are your badges safe for children?+
Our hair-tie, hair-pin and hair-band badges are designed for children and use child-safe components throughout. Our pin badges have standard safety-pin backs — please supervise younger children.
Do you make custom shapes?+
Yes. We hold tooling for 35 standard sizes and shapes, and we can engineer new tooling for higher-volume projects. Get in touch with your spec and we'll quote it.
How do I pay?+
Bank transfer, card or PayPal for UK and EU customers. For first orders we typically take 50% deposit on quote acceptance with the balance due before dispatch. Established customers can pay on 30-day terms.
