Standard component orders are typically prepared in 5–10 working days. Machines, larger orders and custom tooling can take 14–21 working days. We confirm the lead time before you order, excluding freight transit.

No. Talent Badges supplies blank badge components, badge-making machines, moulds and tools. You print the artwork and press the finished badges yourself using compatible equipment.

Yes. Send us the make and model of your machine, the mould size, and photos or measurements of the components you currently use. Our product team will help identify the closest compatible option before you place an order.

Sample packs are available for qualifying volume orders. They let you check the component size, finish and machine compatibility before committing to a larger quantity. Ask us about availability for the product you need.

Orders ship from Tianjin, China. You can choose sea freight for value or air freight for speed. Bulk orders can be palletised and smaller orders can go by parcel service. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, destination and service level.

The contents depend on the badge format. A typical pin-badge set includes a metal shell, clear mylar and a pin back. Mirror, magnet, hair-accessory and other formats include the matching back or insert. Each product quote confirms exactly what is supplied.

Yes. Manual machines suit shorter runs and lower starting costs, while pneumatic machines are designed for higher-volume production. We can also supply compatible moulds, cutters and blank component sets.

We hold tooling for 35 standard sizes and shapes, and custom tooling may be possible for higher-volume requirements. Send the dimensions, format and expected quantity so we can assess and quote it.

Bank transfer, card or PayPal for UK and EU customers. For first orders we typically take 50% deposit on quote acceptance with the balance due before dispatch. Established customers can pay on 30-day terms.
