When you submit our enquiry or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company / event name (optional), and the contents of your message.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, quote your project, and (if you place an order) fulfil and dispatch it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we're actively corresponding with you, plus six years for accounting and tax purposes if you place an order with us.
Your rights
