Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Talent Badges. By placing an order with us you accept these terms.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. We treat an order as placed once you sign off on the digital proof and the deposit invoice has been settled.

Artwork & proofs

We'll issue a free digital proof before any badges are pressed. It's your responsibility to check the proof carefully — once you sign it off, the badges will be pressed as shown, and we can't reprint due to errors that were on the approved proof.

Lead times

We'll quote a lead time at the point of order. Lead times start from artwork sign-off and exclude shipping transit.

Payment

First orders: 50% deposit on quote acceptance, balance due before dispatch. Established customers can pay on 30-day terms.

Returns

Bespoke goods can't be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from the approved proof, email enquiries@talentbadges.com within 7 days of receipt and we'll put it right.
