These terms apply to all orders placed with Talent Badges. By placing an order with us you accept these terms.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. We treat an order as placed once you confirm the product specification and the deposit invoice has been settled.
Product specifications
It's your responsibility to check the quoted product, size, components, quantity and compatibility before confirming an order. We supply blank badge components, machines and tools; we do not print artwork or press finished badges.
Lead times
We'll quote a lead time at the point of order. Lead times start from order confirmation and exclude shipping transit.
Payment
First orders: 50% deposit on quote acceptance, balance due before dispatch. Established customers can pay on 30-day terms.
Returns
Bespoke goods can't be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from the confirmed product specification, email enquiries@talentbadges.com within 7 days of receipt and we'll put it right.
